The following bespoke corporate services that are tailored to cater for each individual company's type of business and budget:

Health and fitness assessments

Include advanced assessments of posture, muscle balance, core stability, body composition, diet, stress, digestion, lifestyle and health (including blood pressure and lung function)

Individual employee and group programmes

Include programmes for exercise, diet, stress reduction, and rehabilitation

Workshops for employers and/or employees

Topics include reducing back pain, improving diet, reducing incidence of modern health problems, and exercise and healthy lifestyle promotion

Exercise coaching

Personal and group exercise training sessions for cardiovascular and musculoskeletal health, and enhanced occupational performance

Continual support and coaching
